We realize the difficult situation of our company, so we take the whole consultation process responsibly - adds vice-president.

Separate Work Regulations have been in force in each JSW plant so far. - Even though they were alike, yet on key issues, such as the system of organization of working time or settlement period, they differed. After working out unified Work Regulations, the next step will be negotiations on the establishment of a unified Collective Bargaining Agreement for JSW employees.
