- This is a very successful initiative by the staff of the Corporate Social Responsibility team, which comes up with this type of event every year. This year is special, so the size and stature of the event is high. At the beginning of the year, the JSW Management Board set several events to mark the 30th anniversary of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, and one of the most important is this meeting for children - said Artur Wojtków, Vice-President of the JSW Management Board for Labor and Social Policy.

Children took part in scientific experiments, watched educational cartoons and movies in a spherical cinema, looked at the world through virtual glasses, tasted edible sand, made jelly beans and explosive drinks. There were also magical performances.

- Teatr Katarynka is a musical theater, and kids love music, so this is a cool way to convey content to them in a fun, dynamic way, through dancing, singing and special effects. This is an interesting way to educate through play - believes Jakub Czachor of the Katarynka Theater.

This year, Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa is celebrating its 30th anniversary. This Saturday, on 3 June, employees and residents are invited to the Great Picnic. There will be a real musical feast at the Municipal Stadium. The line-up will include: Mrozu, IRA and Ania Dąbrowska.
