Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that today the Company received from Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. (“PFR”) a statement on a partial release of debt and the amount of forgiveness of the preferential loan obtained by JSW from PFR under the agreement of 23 December 2020, which the Company reported on in Current Report No. 45/2020. 

In accordance with the received statement, PFR has forgiven part, i.e. PLN 89,175,000.00, of the preferential loan. The forgiveness takes effect as of 24 September 2021, subject to the requirement for JSW to submit to PFR, by 28 September 2021, a statement on its acceptance of the release of debt.
