Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”] reports that today Mr. Bogusław Oleksy serving as the President of the Management Board of JSW, tendered his resignation from serving as a Member of the JSW Management Board, with effect as of 31 October 2026.
The reasons for the resignation were not given.
Legal basis: § 5 item 5 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
