The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports that on 3 November 2026, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust the performance of the duties of the President of the Management Board to Mr. Tomasz Gawlik as of 3 November 2026 until the date of appointing the President of the Management Board. Mr. Tomasz Gawlik also remains the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.

Other information about Mr. Tomasz Gawlik, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, was published by the Company in Current Report No. 40/2026 dated May 19, 2026.
