Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Report No. 93/2025 on the commencement of preparations for the JSW business restructuring process, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW," "Company"] hereby reports that as a result of analyses conducted in the area of production and sales aimed to provide the basis for the assumptions of the JSW Business Restructuring Plan ["Plan"], the projected total annual coal production level in 2026 will amount to approx. 13,5 million tons.

The Company will provide information on other important issues concerning the Plan in the form of relevant current reports.
