Body of the report: 

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A., with reference to Current Report No. 24/2025 of 28 March 2025, hereby reports that today the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW KOKS S.A. adopted a resolution on continuing the operations of JSW KOKS S.A. The aforementioned resolution was adopted pursuant to Article 397 of the Commercial Company Code.
