Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”, “JSW S.A.”] hereby reports that as a result of the elections conducted among the Company’s employees on 23 April 2026, Mr. Artur Wojtków was elected as the representative of JSW S.A. employees on the JSW S.A. Management Board for the 12th term of office.
Mr. Artur Wojtków is a lawyer by training and a graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed post-graduate studies in “Social labor dialog” at the University of Economics in Katowice and in “Management of industrial occupational health and safety” at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
He has been associated with Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. since 1995. From 1995 he served as Head of the Organizational and Legal Department and then from 1999 to 2009 as Director for Labor at the Borynia Coal Mine. Since 2009, he has served as Vice-President of the JSW S.A. Management Board for Employment and Social Policy.
At the same time, the JSW Management Board reports that, in accordance with the submitted representations, Mr. Artur Wojtków is not involved in any activities competitive to those he performs at JSW, he is not a partner or shareholder in any competing civil law company, partnership or capital company, nor is he involved in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. In addition, Mr. Artur Wojtków is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
The Company will issue a separate report regarding the appointment of Mr. Artur Wojtków by the JSW S.A. Supervisory Board as a member of the JSW S.A. Management Board elected by the employees for the 12th term of office.
