The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW"] hereby reports that the date of publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2025 has been changed. According to the Current Report No. 16/2026 published by JSW on 11 March 2026, the declared date for the publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2025 was 28 April 2026.

The new publication date for the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2025 has been set for 30 April 2026.
