Body of the report: 

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”, „JSW S.A.”) hereby announces that on 16 March 2026 Mr. Adam Rozmus, who is currently acting in the capacity of the vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters, Acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Development, submitted a declaration that he will not apply for election to the 12th term of office of the JSW S.A. Management Board. The reasons for the decision were not given.
