Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company") announces that on 27 March 2012 it received a statement from the Deputy Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak that on that date, pursuant to §15 sec. 12-13 of the Company's Articles of Association, the State Treasury (the Company's shareholder) dismissed Mr. Zbigniew Kamieński from the Supervisory Board of the 7th term without stating the reason.

Legal Basis: § 5 Section 1 Item 21 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing information required by legal regulations of a non-member state as equivalent.
