Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Report No. 110/2025 on the decision of the Management Board of JSW S.A. on the partial payment of the Miners' Day bonus and the Miner’s Festival cash equivalent for 2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports that on 10 March 2025 it received information that the Company had received an order issued by the Regional Labor Inspectorate in Katowice, according to which the State Labor Inspectorate ordered JSW to pay the remaining part of the Miners' Day bonus and the Miner’s Festival cash equivalent for 2025.

 

At the same time, with reference to Current Reports No. 5/2026 and 7/2026 on the memorandum of agreement between the JSW Management Board and the Representative Trade Union Organizations operating at JSW S.A., the JSW S.A. Management Board reminds that, in accordance with the above-mentioned memorandum of agreement, the remaining amount of the Miner’s Festival bonus and the Miner’s Festival cash equivalent for 2025 will be paid in two equal installments on the following dates: by 31 August 2026 and 3 December 2026. 

The Company has lodged an appeal with the Regional Labor Inspector in Katowice. The Company will announce its further decisions in this matter in separate current reports.
