Changes in the Management Board

On 18 January, the JSW SA Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss Włodzimierz Hereźniak from the position of the President of the Management Board. Until the new president is appointed, the president’s duties have been taken over by Mr. Artur Dyczko, who will also perform his current duties of the Vice-President of the JSW Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters.

In addition, the JSW Supervisory Board entrusted Radosław Załoziński with the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales. Radosław Załoziński will also remain the Vice-President of the JSW Management Board for Financial Matters.
