Appointment of the new CEO of JSW

The JSW SA Supervisory Board appointed Barbara Piontek to the position of President of the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa of the 10th term of office. She will start her duties on 1 March 2021. Until that time, Artur Dyczko, Vice-President of the JSW Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters, will be the acting President of the Management Board.
