This rescheduling stems from the need to prepare additional financial analyses that are vital from the vantage point of the further course of these talks and assessing the solutions forming the subject matter of the ongoing negotiations.

A working meeting will be held on Friday with the participation of the representative trade unions and the Management Board of JSW SA. Its purpose will be to recapitulate the talks held to date and make it possible to structure the conclusions drawn from the working talks held in the passing week.

Continuing the talks on Monday with the participation of Deputy Minister Grzegorz Wrona will make it possible to continue the negotiations based on the prepared materials and the agreements made thus far. This will make it possible to preserve the adopted approach based on dialogue and focus on the key issues to ensure the Company’s stability and further operation.
