Update on the candidacy for the JSW S.A. Management Board

Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. hereby reports that it has received a statement from Mr. Adam Rozmus, currently serving as Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters and Acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Development, regarding his candidacy in the competition announced by the Supervisory Board on 15 May 2026, for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters for the 12th term of office.

This statement supplements the information provided in Current Report No. 20/2026 dated 16 March 2026, in which the Company announced that Mr. Adam Rozmus would not be seeking re-election to the JSW S.A. Management Board for the next term of office. The submission of this new statement constitutes a change to the previous decision regarding the candidacy for a position on the Company’s Management Board.

The selection process is being conducted in accordance with applicable corporate governance principles and regulations governing the appointment of members of the JSW S.A. Management Board. Information regarding the process and its results will be provided to the Supervisory Board upon its completion.
