Broadcast of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW S.A.

In connection with the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting ("ESM”) convened for 19 February 2021, below are the details of the online broadcast of the ESM.

The online broadcast will start at the planned start time of the ESM, 10:00 a.m., and will be available at: JSW ESM

A recording of the video broadcast from the ESM will be available on the company’ s website in the Shareholder Meeting tab​.
