The Supervisory Board has appointed the JSW SA Management Board for its 12th term of office

On 14 May 2026, the Supervisory Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa adopted resolutions appointing the Company’s Management Board for its 12th term of office. Bogusław Oleksy has been appointed President of the Management Board. Tomasz Gawlik will assume the role of Vice-President of the Management Board for Development, Jolanta Gruszka will serve as Vice-Presidents of the Management Board for Sales and Artur Wojtków will serve as Vice-President of the Management Board for Employment and Social Policy.

The new Management Board will be appointed on the date of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. On that same day, the terms of office of the members of the 11th Management Board will expire. The Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW SA is scheduled for 8 June 2026.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board has appointed Bogusław Oleksy to temporarily serve as Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters until a permanent appointment is made.
