The result of the referendum at JSW S.A.

In the referendum that ended today, JSW S.A. employees voted in favor of adopting the Suspension Memorandum of Agreement.

Voting results: 

YES - 97.24% 

NO - 2.76% 

16,203 employees of JSW S.A. took part in the vote. 

This decision paves the way for the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement and the launch of measures to stabilize the Company's situation.

The Management Board of JSW S.A. would like to thank the Employees for their large turnout in the referendum and for their responsible and well-considered decision, which is of fundamental importance for the future of the Company and the protection of jobs.
