Consequently, the JSW S.A. Management Board was forced to suspend the talks. The failure to reach an agreement necessitates the Management Board to analyze alternative forms of restructuring the Company.
It should be noted that the trade unions changed their negotiation position despite yesterday's rapprochement achieved during the talks with Deputy Minister of State Assets Grzegorz Wrona. Today's events represent a significant step backward and lead to a break in the continuity of the negotiation process.
The JSW S.A. Management Board and the Ministry of State Assets remain determined to continue their efforts aimed at securing thousands of jobs, protecting the Company's interests and ensuring its continued operation.
