Labor costs as the subject of talks with the trade unions

JSW S.A. hereby reports that on 1 October this year a meeting was held with representatives of representative trade union organizations operating in the Company. The talks focused on JSW's current economic standing and an assessment of the possibility of joint development of solutions in the area of labor costs.

At the meeting, options for potential solutions were presented but no arrangements were made. In the next stage, meetings are planned with the participation of all trade union organizations operating in JSW. 

The Company assures that the talks are being conducted with full respect for the principles of social dialogue, transparently and in good faith. Their overarching goal is to jointly develop solutions to maintain JSW's stability and ensure the continuity of its operations in increasingly difficult market conditions.

The progress of the talks and their key findings will be communicated on an ongoing basis - both through internal communications and JSW S.A.'s official channels.
