Announcement on the publication of the 2020 financial results

The Management Board of Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej SA hereby reports that having regard for the deteriorating epidemiological situation in the Office of the Management Board of Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej and the preventive measures taken by the JSW Crisis Management Team to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, the Company will not hold the conference dedicated to the 2020 financial results planned to be held on 19 March 2021.

The financial statements of JSW and the JSW Group, the Management Board’s activity report and the presentation containing the most important information relating to the 2020 financial results will be made available on the Company’s website in the Investor Relations tab at the stated time. Following the publication of the results we will invite you to pose your questions by sending them to the e-mail address: [email protected].

The JSW Management Board would also like to report that all of the Company’s mines are operating normally.
