JSW launches a portal dedicated to the Strategic Transformation Plan

Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa has launched an online platform entirely dedicated to the implementation of its key project, the Strategic Transformation Plan (PST). The platform presents the assumptions, goals and ongoing progress of the plan.

The portal provides information about the Strategic Transformation Plan and will be regularly updated with data on the results achieved, as well as the latest news from ongoing activities. The site was designed with an eye to transparency, easy access to content, and building open communication around the changes underway.

The Strategic Transformation Plan is the leading program currently being implemented at JSW. Its main goal is to ensure the Company's financial and market stability in the long term. To achieve this, through the more than 50 initiatives included in the PST, JSW focuses on increasing mining efficiency, improving product competitiveness in the market and cost-effective materials management. The effects of the changes will be fully felt in 2027.

Na portalu www.transformacjajsw.pl można znaleźć informacje o Planie Strategicznej Transformacji, będą one regularnie aktualizowane o dane dotyczące osiągniętych rezultatów, a także o najnowsze wiadomości z prowadzonych działań. Witryna została zaprojektowana z myślą o przejrzystości, łatwym dostępie do treści oraz budowaniu otwartej komunikacji wokół realizowanych zmian.

Plan Strategicznej Transformacji to wiodący program, realizowanym właśnie w JSW. Jego głównym celem jest zapewnienie stabilności finansowej i rynkowej spółki w długim okresie. By to osiągnąć, poprzez ponad 50 inicjatyw ujętych w PST, JSW stawia na zwiększanie efektywności wydobycia, poprawę konkurencyjności produktów na rynku i gospodarne zarządzanie materiałami.
