Information on communicating the progress of negotiations at JSW S.A.

The Management Board of JSW S.A. and Representative Trade Union Organizations announce that until the talks are concluded they will not comment on their progress or on the speculations appearing in the public domain.

This decision stems from our responsibility for the future of the Company, its financial stability and the protection of jobs. It is in the interest of all parties to create conditions conducive to calm and substantive dialogue.

Once the negotiations are complete, the parties will provide the public with full and accurate information on their results.
