On 3 October 2025, by decision of the Supervisory Board of JSW SA, Ryszard Janta was dismissed as President of the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, which he had headed since 30 April 2024.
At the same time, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust Mr. Bogusław Oleksy with the duties of Acting President of the Management Board from 3 October 2025 until the appointment of a new President. Bogusław Oleksy also remains the Vice-President for Financial Matters.
