Changes in JSW Innowacje’s Management Board

At the meeting on 21 February the Supervisory Board of JSW Innowacje SA accepted the resignation of Mr. Jarosław Mrozek from the position of President of the Management Board.

Due to loss of trust, the Supervisory Board also dismissed the Vice-Presidents of the Management Board – Ms. Agnieszka Hankus Kubica and Mr. Jacek Srokowski.

At the same time, it delegated its member, Mr. Leszek Hoderny, to discharge the function of President of the Management Board.

Mr. Adam Oleś was delegated to discharge the function of Vice-President of the Management Board. Both gentlemen will discharge their functions until the new composition of the Management Board of JSW Innowacje SA is appointed.

The function of Supervisory Board Chairperson will be discharged by Mr. Robert Sołek.
