Body of the report: 

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] announces that on 3 October 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolution regarding dismissing, effective today, Mr. Ryszard Janta from the position of President of the Management Board, JSW, 11th term of office. The reason for the dismissal was not indicated. The resolution comes into force upon its adoption.

At the same time the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust the performance of the duties of the President of the Management Board to Mr. Bogusław Oleksy from 3 October 2025 until the date of appointment of the President of the Management Board. Mr. Bogusław Oleksy also remains the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters.
