The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports that on 11 September 2025 it decided to publish data on the achievement of the Technical and Economic Plan targets for the month of August 2025, which are presented in the appendix to this current report.
