Body of the report: 

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] announces that on September 1, 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolutions regarding:

- dismissing, effective today, Mr. Remigiusz Krzyżanowski from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters, JSW, 11th term of office. The reason for the dismissal was not indicated.
- delegating Supervisory Board Member Mr. Bogusław Oleksy to temporarily perform the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters, 11th term of office, from September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025 inclusive, but no longer than the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters, subject to Article 383 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code.
