Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Reports No. 14/2026 of 9 March 2026 and 49/2026 of 30 June 2026 concerning the agreement for the sale of shares held by JSW S.A. in Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Szybów S.A. and in Jastrzębskie Zakłady Remontowe Sp. z o.o. to ARP S.A. [“PRE-SPA”], the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW,” “Company”] hereby reports that on 31 July 2026 JSW and Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. entered into Annex 2 to the PRE-SPA. Pursuant to Annex 2, the End Date has been changed from 31 July 2026 to 31 October 2026.
