Dates of publishing periodic reports in the 2015 financial year and declaration on the intention to transmit consolidated quarterly reports on a regular basis

 

Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) announces the dates of publishing periodic reports in the 2015 financial year:
1. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2014 – 19 March 2015
2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2015 – 14 May 2015
3. Consolidated report for H1 2015 – 27 August 2015
4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2015 – 12 November 2015
5. At the same time, the Company reports that:

  •  pursuant to § 102 section 1 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent („Regulation”) it will not publish a standalone and consolidated report for Q4 2014,
  •  pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation it will not publish a standalone H1 report; as a result, the consolidated H1 report will include condensed interim financial statements and the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements and condensed notes,
  • pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2015,
  • pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation it will not publish standalone quarterly reports; accordingly, the consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information.

All periodic reports will be placed on the Company’s website (www.jsw.pl) in the tab Investor Relations / Stock Market Reports / Periodic Reports.
