Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) hereby reports that the Management Board of the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. („KDPW”)), pursuant to resolution no. 757/13 of 10 October 2013 resolved to register in the National Securities Depository 191,873 ordinary bearer shares in Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. with a par value of PLN 5.00 each, including 179,107 series A shares, 2 and 12,766 series D shares and to assign them the following code: ISIN PLJSW0000015 under the condition of making the decision to introduce these shares to be traded on the same regulated market on which the Company’s other shares designated by the company running this regulated market with the code PLJSW0000015.

The aforementioned shares will be registered within a term of three days from when the National Securities Depository receives documents confirming that these shares have been introduced for trading on the regulated market, however, not before the date indicated in the decision made by the company running this regulated market as the date of introducing these shares to be traded on this regulated market.
