The Management Board of JSW S.A. ("JSW", the "Company") announces that on 18 May this year the Supervisory Board dismissed from the Management Board of JSW Mr. Grzegorz Czornik, acting as Vice-President for Sales. The Supervisory Board did not give notice of the reason.

§ 5 Section 1 Item 21of the Regulation issued by Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non – Member State as Equivalent.
