The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) hereby reports that the Company was notified today of the registration, on 26 October 2017 by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by Resolution No. 38 of the JSW Ordinary Shareholder Meeting held on 23 June 2017.
Attached hereto the Company provides the consolidated text of the Articles of Association incorporating the said amendments along with a list of provisions of the Articles of Association in the wording before and after the registration.
Legal basis: § 38 Section 1 Item 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
