Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Report No. 15/2026, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports that on 13 April 2026, following a review of the appeal dated 10 March 2026, it received a decision from the Regional Labor Inspector in Katowice, pursuant to which the contested order regarding the payment of the remaining portion of the Miners' Day bonus and the Miner’s Festival cash equivalent for 2025 was upheld.

JSW has the right to challenge the decision and file a complaint with the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Gliwice through the Regional Labor Inspector in Katowice within 30 days. The Company will exercise its right. 

The Company will announce its further decisions in this matter in separate current reports.
