The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) on 31 August 2011 received a communique from the Operational Department of the National Securities Depository (KDPW) that on 1 September 2011 5,273,973 (say: five million two hundred seventy-three thousand nine hundred seventy-three) shares of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. designated with the code ISIN: PLJSW0000015 will be registered. The registration will take place pursuant to KDPW S.A. Management Board Resolution no. 779/11 of 19 August 2011.
