Body of the report:

In reference to Current Reports No. 10/2018 and 42/2022, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”], having regard for the strategic nature of the Company’s cooperation with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, hereby reports that the detailed terms of business and the quality and quantity mix regarding the sale of coking coal for 2026 have been agreed upon and on 13 March 2026 the parties entered into an annual agreement with an estimated 2026 value of PLN 2.1 billion.
