The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW S.A. held on 28 May 2013.

Number of votes: 64,558,566 (sixty-four million five hundred fifty-eight thousand five hundred sixty-six).

% of votes at the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting:    83.53%

% of the total number of votes:         54.98 %
