In reference to Current Report No. 13/2017 of 1 June 2017, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby includes, attached, the proposed amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association with the consolidated version of the Articles of Association, which were submitted on 21 June 2017 by the Minister of Energy, acting on behalf of the State Treasury, i.e. the Shareholder representing 55.16% of the Company’s share capital, which will be the on the agenda of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting convened for 23 June 2017.

Legal basis: § 38 Section 1 Items 2, 5 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
