The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) hereby reports that the publication date of the Consolidated Report for Q1 2017 has been changed. According to the periodic report publication schedule for 2017 published by JSW in its Current Report no. 4/2017 of 18 January 2017, the declared publication date of the Consolidated Report for Q1 2017 was 11 May 2017.

The new publication date of the Consolidated Report for Q1 2017 was set at 24 May 2017.

Legal basis: § 103 Section 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February
2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
