We vaccinate the JSW S.A. staff - Registration for volunteers has begun

|   COVID

– We have launched a campaign entitled “Vaccinations for JSW Staff”. We have decided that our Company should join the vaccination program. JSW S.A. employees and their household members may register by 3 May 2021 through our Employee Portal. The vaccination is completely voluntary – only for those wishing to get it – we are informed by Barbara Piontek, President of the JSW S.A. Management Board

For us, ensuring safety of work for our miners, their families and the entire Staff is critical. This is what our business continuity and quality depends on, as well a stable growth of the Company in these difficult pandemic times – President Piątek emphasizes.

JSW S.A. employees may declare their willingness to join the vaccination program by 3 May 2021, after logging into the Employee Portal. On May 4th, the employer, i.e. JSW S.A., will submit its request to join the National Vaccination Program through the Government Security Center’s website. The form allowing JSW S.A to join the program and state the number of willing participants, without providing the employees’ personal data, will be available from May 4th on the government website.

The JSW S.A. Management Board has established the JSW S.A. vaccination team to coordinate the undertaking.

All JSW S.A. employees may register for vaccination against COVID-19. Voluntary vaccination will be available to employees and their families (members of an employee’s family residing together in a single household)

Recovered patients may also register for vaccination, however according to the rules in effect in Poland, they must wait 3 months after the symptoms of the disease cease.

The date of commencement of vaccination in work establishments depends on the availability of vaccines. Further companies will be added to the vaccination program in May and June. The order will be determined by the moment when the employer completes the form correctly and by the availability of vaccines.
