New JSW SA Management Board members

The JSW SA Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Sebastian Bartos to be the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales late in the evening of 30 July 2021 after interviewing candidates to be JSW SA Management Board members. The new Vice-President began to serve in this function on 30 July 2021. The Supervisory Board also appointed the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters. Robert Ostrowski will take this position on 3 August 2021. Edward Paździorko will be the new Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters as of 1 September 2021.

In addition, the Company’s Supervisory Board once again seconded Mr. Stanisław Prusek, a Supervisory Board member to perform temporarily the duties of the President while simultaneously entrusting him with performing the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters for the period from 30 July to 15 August 2021 inclusively, though for no longer than until the date of appointing the President of the Management Board.

Mr. Artur Wojtków, Vice-President of the Management Board for Employment and Social Policy will discharge the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Development from 30 July 2021 to the date of appointment of the new person to this position.
