JSW S.A. joins the “Two Hours for Family” international social campaign – for all those interested!

On Saturday, 15 May 2021, the whole world celebrates the International Day of Families. It is an opportunity to give special thought to our closest relatives and devote time to them. The JSW Management Board adopted a resolution on two hours off work for all interested JSW S.A. employees as part of the “Two hours for family” campaign.

– We are committed to developing a work culture supporting employees and their families in building good and lasting relationships. Professional work should not have negative impact on family. On the contrary, it should serve family not only in the economic aspect. Therefore we join the international campaign “Two hours for family” – said Barbara Piontek, President of the JSW S.A. Management Board.

The possibility of taking two hours off, or shortening the work time on one day was given to all JSW S.A. employees who take part in the campaign. In accordance with the Company’s Management Board decision, in communication with their managers, employees may use these hours (free and paid for) voluntarily until 30 June 2021.
