After analyzing the company’s financial standing, ZUS has agreed to grant relief on social security and health insurance contributions, as well as contributions to the Labor Fund, Guaranteed Employee Benefit Fund and Bridge Pension Fund.

ZUS’s approval covers: 70% of contributions due for November 2025, 50% of contributions due for December 2025, and subsequent periods until June 2026.

The estimated monthly amount of social security contributions due to ZUS is approximately PLN 100 million, which represents a significant burden on the company's current cash flows.

The implementation of the relief depends on timely settlement of the Company’s liabilities. The Company is obliged to pay 50% of the amount due for the period from January to June 2026 on time, to pay current contributions in full from July 2026, to repay installments in accordance with the arrangements concluded with regard to contributions for the period from January to June 2026, and to submit ZUS DRA declarations on time.
