- In the first stage we will organize several public meetings, during which we will  inform about the planned ways of allocation - says Krzysztof Grobosz, director of the JSW Human Resources Office.

- Next, we will organize information point at  Krupiński mine, where each employee will receive  the job offer. The meeting schedule  for individual teams, will be posted on the notice boards - adds the director.

In one place the employee will deal with all the formalities related to his transition to other mine. Each worker will receive a specific,  new place and job proposal with certain conditions of employment and remuneration. New places and positions will be proposed according to qualifications of employees. As far as possible, their place of residence will also be taken into consideration.

- Employees will be transferred with whole brigades or divisions. We do not want to disrupt the extraction process - highlights K. Grobosz.

You have to remember that the mine is still in the process of operation and there is no possibility for its staff to leave it  at once. Production must be gradually discontinued, and the transition of workers must be adapted to the rhythm of the plant.

All actions will be carried in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement of 5 May 2011 concerning the guarantee of employment between JSW management and the representative trade unions.

Let us recall, the total number of workers to go to other works of the company will amount to about 1,791 mine workers. According to initial assumptions 750 people will go to Borynia- Zofiówka-Jastrzębie  mine, to Budryk - 400, and to Pniówek - 641.

The final number of people who will be transferred to other mines will depend on the benefits package popularity (mining holidays, one-time severance payments) guaranteed by the law on the functioning of coal mining.
