Broadcast of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW S.A.

In connection with the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting ("ESM”) of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. convened for 16 March 2023, below are the details of the online broadcast of the ESM.

The online broadcast will be held in Polish and will start at the planned start time of the ESM, 10:00 a.m., and will be available at JSW ESM.
A recording of the video broadcast from the ESM will be available on the company’ s website in the Shareholder Meeting tab
