Koszty pracy w JSW

Każdego miesiąca Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa przeznacza na wynagrodzenia średnio 220 mln złotych.


Ponadto ponosi koszty roczne związane z wypłatą:

  • 14. pensji – około 255 mln zł
  • węglem deputatowym dla pracowników – 186 mln zł
  • węglem deputatowym dla emerytów – 65 mln zł
  • pomocami szkolnymi – 3,9 mln zł
  • biletami z Karty Górnika – 3,1 mln zł
  • premią bhp i zadaniową – 108 mln zł
  • dopłatami do chorobowego – 14,3 mln zł
  • korzystniejszego wyliczenia urlopu – 24,1 mln.

Oprócz tego przeznacza około 40 mln złotych na fundusz socjalny.
