Body of the report: 

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW"] hereby reports that today, i.e. 29 October 2025, it decided to submit a notice of termination of the agreement concluded on 25 November 2024 between JSW and AT Kearney Sp. z o.o. ["ATK"] to provide the service of supporting the JSW S.A. Management Board in the implementation of the "Strategic Transformation Plan of JSW S.A. and its subsidiaries" ["STP"].

At the same time, the Company reports that as a result of ongoing work related to the commencement of preparations for the business restructuring process, which the Company reported in Current Report No. 93/2025 of 11 October 2025, measures are currently being taken to stabilize the Company's liquidity situation. In addition, measures will be taken to review the existing STP initiatives and ensure their continuation by JSW. Following the review, initiatives with the greatest potential will be incorporated into the Company's business restructuring activities. The Company will communicate the results of the review, the new assumptions for the business restructuring process and its further key decisions in this matter in relevant current reports.
