In reference to the interim report of the Company and its Group for H1 2025 published on 29 September 2025, in attachment to this current report, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”, “Issuer”] submits, as a supplement, the opinion of the Supervisory Board issued on 3 October 2025 addressing the disclaimer of opinion expressed by the audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Audyt sp.k. in its review reports on the interim financial statements of the Company and the Group prepared for the 6-month period ended 30 June 2025. 

This supplement does not change and does not affect the financial data presented in the interim report dated 29 September 2025.
