Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Reports No. 27/2026 and 33/2026, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW,” “Company”] hereby reports that on 8 September 2026, it adopted a resolution regarding an update of the JSW S.A. Technical and Economic Plan for 2026.

The Company’s Management Board reports that, in accordance with the provisions of JSW S.A.’s updated Technical and Economic Plan for 2026:

[a] Total coal production has been estimated at 13.3 million tons, including 11.22 million tons of coking coal and 2.08 million tons of steam coal; 

[b] Total coke production has been estimated at 3.26 million tons;

[c] The unit mining cash cost of coal [unit MCC] has been estimated at approx. PLN 588 per ton;

[d] The level of JSW's capital expenditures has been set at approx. PLN 1.9 billion;

[e] The projected average total coal sales price for 2026 is PLN 660.97 per ton, and for Q1 2027, it is PLN 661.94 per ton;

[f]  The total projected number of employee departures under the safety net measures [in the form of miners’ leave, leave for employees of the coal preparation plant and one-off cash severance pays] has been set at 4,248. The impact of these measures on improving the Company’s liquidity has been evident since June 2026. As a result of the safety net measures introduced, the estimated impact on payroll costs, including payroll taxes, in 2026 will amount to approximately PLN 272 million.

In addition, the Company’s Management Board hereby reports that the projected level of capital expenditures for the JSW Group in 2026 will amount to approximately PLN 2.4 billion.
